Scope and Content
This sub-collection contains miscellaneous research papers, theses and
manuscripts that have been submitted to the May 4 Collection. Materials
are added on a continual basis and are arranged in the order that they are received.

Honors thesis: In 1977, Honors Program assistant Wilma Crawford sent this
thesis to the University Archives for the May 4th collection. The thesis was
never signed by the advisor and director of the school but because of its
subject it was felt that it would be an appropriate addition to the May 4th
collection. The topic of the thesis is "The Whole World is Watching: Media
Coverage of Riots and Civil Disorders," [folder 1 of 2].
