Historical Note

The original name of the SSAC was Library Staff Association which was used in the from 1967-1989. The name changed to Support Staff Association, followed by Support Staff Advisory Committee. In 2005, the name of this group was changed once again to LMSSA (Libraries and Media Services Staff Association). The group, comprised of Libraries and Media Services classified and administrative staff representatives, is concerned with issues, programs, and initiatives specific to LMS staff. Additionally, the group organizes an annual holiday party and picnic as well as a number of fund-raising events.

Scope and Content

This series includes minutes and other records of the support staff committee. Items are arranged in chronological order.
