Scope and Content

The Simms family papers contain scrapbooks, correspondence, music, paintings, photographs, poems and clippings relating to poet J. R. Simms, singers Hattie Simms McCarthy, Jessie Simms Lorenz and other members of the family. The collection also contains some material relating to James Stillman.
